I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. They have friendly and smiling staff upfront. Nicole and Hope truly care about you and ask you how you are doing. Their coffee bar is incredible with an amazing selection! Erica did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth and Dr. Neisen is very professional. They treat you like family. 5 stars all the way!

Needed to be seen for an abscess and was seen the very next day , visually the office is very welcoming, the staff also very welcoming. I heard of Authenic Dental through a friend. I was having issues with a tooth and was looking for a dentist that did both extractions and implants. I set up a consultation appointment.
The staff was welcoming, polite and personable. I met with Dental Assistant Amber. Amber was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I then met with Dr. Neisen.
Dr. Neisen listened to me about my concerns, past experiences and expectations. Dr. Neisen informed me what he thought he could do for
me and stated that he believed I would be pleased with the outcome. Dr. Neisen and Amber had me meet with their insurance representative Hope.
Hope was very thorough, knowledgeable and even contacted my insurance carrier while I was there. After hearing and seeing the numbers I asked about their availability. They informed me that they had an opening come up later today or we could look at my schedule in the future.
Prior to coming in for consultation I researched Authentic Dental and Dr. Neisen. I saw 258 (5) star ratings and nothing lower.
During my appointment I asked the staff why here and not at any numerous other dental offices. All stated that Dr. Neisen has a vast amount of experience and is always attending more training to better his skills.
Hope, Dr. Neisens insurance rep. and wife stated they are a family business and care for their patients. I was even told if I needed to contact other dentists to solidify my decision please do so and had no pressure to make a decision.
I walked out at that time and called my wife. We spoke about what I had experienced while at Authentic Dental. We then decided to go with them.
During the first procedure of tooth extraction and bone grafting Dr. Neisen talked to me what was going to happen and he cared for my comfort and condition during and after procedure. I even received a phone call from Dr. Neisen the following day.

I usually don't do these kind of posts/ratings, but after my dental experience at Authentic Dental, I had to share!
Due to an upcoming surgery, I had to have dental work first. I hadn't been to the dentist for many years, and had alot of anxiety about it.
Due to the embarrassment of the long absent to my former dentist, I took the advice from a friend to go to Authentic Dental.
The service I received was 5 star all the way. The staff was so caring of my whole situation, and Dr. Neisen, and his staff, did a tremendous job on my teeth! They made sure I was comfortable and explained things very thoroughly. After a long visit, I even got a phone call that evening to see how I was doing! :)
I thank All the staff for their kindness! Also, the office is adorable, you feel like a guest in their "home".
