Dr. Trent is such a gem. He did the most thorough exam I’ve ever had from a dentist. He was also very open minded and listened patiently in the discussion of cosmetic dentistry. Additionally, my 6 year old daughter LOVES coming here- between sweet Traci (hygienist) and the Doc she feels completely comfortable. I look forward to coming here for many years going forward.

Great dentistry experience here. The staff has always been very skilled, friendly, and efficient. On my latest appointment I noticed they’ve added some new things that made the process more comfortable. I even considered taking a nap during my fillings!

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in a dentist chair! Dr. Niesen is knowledgeable, kind and thorough. I had an old implant which had become loose. He knew exactly what to do and fixed it good as new! I highly recommend him!

We’ve all heard or witnessed those bad experiences at the dentist. If you get nervous to go to the dentist then this is the dentist for you! They are always looking at ways to better your experience and make you feel more comfortable when visiting. If you’re needing a distraction while at the dentist, they offer Netflix while you have work being done, which is a great idea to keep those more comfortable and calm during dental work. I’ve been a patient for 10+ years and I’ve only experienced the most professional work every time I go. I recently had a cleaning and was told I needed a crown put on a fractured tooth, I went back for the crown procedure and I am beyond pleased with the work done. The staff is extremely friendly and caring; always greeting you with a smile, explaining everything they are doing. Dr. Neisen also cares so much about is patients. During my procedure doctor always asks how you’re doing, if your doing ok, he’s very gentle in his work and makes sure you are happy with the end result. I would always recommend Willmar Family Dentistry!

Dr. Trent Neisen is amazing! I chipped my front tooth horribly on some popcorn and they were able to get me in the same day to fix it. You can't even tell. Him and the dental assistant talked me through the entire process, were super professional, and kind. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the new Ipads they have added are amazing - especially for little kids!! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a dentist!! 5 stars!!

I was in need of real help! I have a broken tooth that has been put on hold a long time during this Covid 19 but it has become so very painful it hurts to even drink water. I explained this when I called and they said they could pull my tooth. I went in and was seen but was then informed I had a co pay and 20% of the cost that I had to cover. I explained I didn’t have that money right now. They told me they could not do the work until I had the money. I asked if I could write a check and they hold it a week til pay day and they said no. I accepted my fate and then asked if they could get me in next Wednesday and I was informed their next open appointment would be November 25th! Needless to say I was very upset! That being said though they got an opening on the next Thursday and they got me in and they did a very excellent job!!! I was very impressed with D.D.S. Trent Neisen! He was very careful and gentle and it was actually the best tooth extraction experience I have had! So I had to edit my review because they were excellent with the care I received and I will be staying with Trent Neisen as my dentist because of how good he is 😊. I now give him 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! This was our first visit here and the whole visit was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. We received very thorough exams and treatment.

They are very friendly, I had novocain and didn't even feel the needle going into my mouth tissue. Very calming place to go. I would highly recommend them 😀.
I enjoy going to the dentist finally, super caring staff , I recommend them
