The staff at this clinic are very good at easing dental anxiety for adults and children. I avoided the dentist for years from bad experiences. They’ve never made me feel ashamed for being anxious during an appointment.
Took my almost 3 year old today, and the staff was so patient with her and showed her everything they were doing. Never thought she would get through her first dentist appointment so easily!

I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I had a very bad experience 5 years ago and haven’t gone back to any dentist. I actually found serenity dental for my husband but recently had a tooth chip and decided it was time to get back into the dentist. I had Doctor Elbert and she was very kind and gentle. The best experience I’ve had at a dentist and I’m very happy to have found her. I highly recommend her to anyone who is avoiding the dentist because of anxiety.

My family has been going to Serenity Dental since we moved to the Twin Cities in 2013. They have surpassed all my expectations. They are wonderful with my kids, which regardless of whether it is a filling or a simple cleaning, has made them not fear the dentist. They are extremely knowledgeable and very updated with the latest technology. It has been a pleasure to work with the entire team there...from the front desk on up. We are so happy to have such a great dental team for our family!

I have never had a bad experience at Serenity Dental. I have been a client for over 2 years and have had numerous appointments.
The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I have a very busy work schedule and have had to make adjustments to my appointments often. The team is always accommodating.
The atmosphere is relaxing. The technology is impressive. My visits always seem to be important to the entire Serenity Team.
I would recommend to anyone in the Woodbury area looking for a dentist.

Serenity Dental has the most amazing receptionist, they all are super sweet, helpful, informative and professional, especially Isabella and Jimena. The hygienists are seriously really good, and welcoming. The dentist are informative, patience, and took care of some teeth problems my child had instantly, I didn't even had to make an extra appointment.
Thank you Serenity Dental. I will recommend you to anyone who wants an excellent dental service.

This Serenity Dental has the kindest, most friendly staff I have had the pleasure of doing business with. The hygienist is so gentle and soft spoken. The dentist, the office staff, everyone, very nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Any questions answered completely. As long as I live in this area, this will be my dentist office. I actually looked forward to my visit this past week. I would highly recommend this location.

Given my experience with the dentists, I am very surprised by all the 5-star ratings.
I was a patient at this office for about 1.5 years (2017-2019). On my first visit after the hygienist completed the cleaning, the dentist walked in prepared to do the exam. The dentist never introduced herself or even said hello. Before she began the exam, I stopped her and introduced myself telling her that this my first visit to the office. Only after my introduction did she introduce herself. Subsequent visits were the same. The dentist never bothered to introduce herself or establish a rapport with me. She just started the exam. On my last visit (#4 or 5), before the exam began, I introduced myself and said "I'm sorry I don't know which one of the dentist you are.". She was visibly shaken. But, she did take the time to introduce herself.
You may notice that I didn't mention the dentists my name. That's because, I honestly can't recall which dentist was conducting my exams as I never really got to know them.
Despite the lack of friendliness by the dentists, the staff and hygienist were very nice and did their jobs very well.
If you are looking to build some type of dentist/patient interaction, I would not recommend this office. There are quite a few options in the Woodbury area.

I made my first appointment with Serenity Dental, despite the fact that I live on the other side of the metro in north Minneapolis, based on the glowing recommendation of a friend. I've been back twice since, and it is absolutely worth the drive. The quality of care is outstanding, the employees are friendly and clearly care about their patients, and the atmosphere is more relaxing than any other dental office I've been in. As a bonus, their office hours conveniently allow me to schedule appointments after my work day. I love everything about this practice, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Serenity Dental is the best dental office that I have been to. I love watching a movie while having my teeth cleaned. It makes me relax! My whole family enjoys the calming atmosphere.
The Hygienists are very skilled and helpful. Dr. Ellie is knowledgeable and very compassionate. I have recommended Serenity Dental many times and will continue to do so.
