Friday night my son had extreme pain from a tooth and had been up all night and in tears . I had called them first and they told me they had been booked up and gave me numbers I can call . After calling a bunch of other offices I called back and told them how desperate I was and they got him in. I am so grateful to the staff for taking the time on a child they have never seen before and also for making in the office with the ice storm. They showed my son such kindness and compassion and the dentist took the time to explain things to us and made sure he had a medicine for his infection until he could get in to his pediatric dentist office. Huge thank you to your wonderful staff .

Had a crown put in 3 1/2 years ago. It snapped off, taking part of the tooth with it. Apparently, it was my fault, because my insurance changed and I couldn't visit them, which voided my warranty, but went to another dentist which never showed tooth decay, like they suggested. I was never happy with the tooth to begin with, since it didn't fit snug. When it was first placed, it just kept falling off. Now I have to pay to get an implant put in. I've had other crowns put in that have lasted me over 20 years. My husband also had issues with them. He had an abscess and wanted a referral, because we could no longer go to that office. They never called him back, even when he left multiple voice mails. The specialist office he was suppose to see, they couldn't even get a return call. They ended up just accepting him, because they couldn't reach anyone.
