I was very happy with the service I received at Woodbury Smiles and would recommend to anyone. I feel like they explained my benefits clearly and I was surprised to find out that the x-rays were included for free. I look forward to going back and working with the staff.

At my first visit I was told I have periodontal disease. They went through the motions with me and wanted me to have an antibiotic rinse. Keep in mind I visit the dentist regularly, every six months, and have had no prior issues. I did not have dental insurance at the time so they tried to set me up with their credit line. I declined the treatment until I got a second opinion. I had two opinions and both dentists said I have a healthy mouth with no traces whatsoever of gum disease and it sounded like they just wanted my money. Extremely sad to do something like this to a 23 year old. I am glad I did not establish them as my regular dental office.

Our family has been patients at Woodbury Smiles since they opened. Dr. Wilkinson and staff, have been great! Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dental practice!

First time at the office and I went for a general check up and cleaning. The front office greeted me and I was then quickly greeted by Dr. Kalia who brought me to her office to talk about any concerns I might have. I took my x-rays and then had the cleaning. Dr. Kalia addressed my concerns and what she say in the x-rays and did a nice job of versing back to me what I wanted her to look at. I'm a first time new mom, and Kate, the Office Manager, made sure that I was in and out of the office right as soon as I could to get back to my baby. I really liked that they had time for any treatment I needed to do that day. other offices I've been to, I've always had to come back and that is such a pain. From start to finish, a great experience!

PLEASE be very careful with this company! They did really good work but they're very shady and from what it looks like immoral. I signed and agreed to a price for surgery and was making all the arranged payments, then they called me months later and were threatening collections saying I had to pay a different amount which I would have never agreed to in the first place. The lady who messed up tried to make it like it was my fault when clearly at the very least it was her mess up for which she could have apologized and I would have understood. I over heard someone else on the phone questioning their bill as well. Just be very careful if you have to get work done here it seems like what they're up to is very fishy. Watch out for the lady who does the billing/insurance from what it sounds like she isnt the best at her job and will blame you for her mistake or they're purposely doing this to myself and others. No disrespect to the doctor who did the surgery he was very professional and is really good at what he does.

The office staff is very nice. I do feel like the dentist is always trying to sell me something or tell me something that I need when actually I don't. He has suggested rinses to me as well that I didn't get and I am just fine. He needs to stop trying to sell stuff, it makes him seem not creditable.

Do not go to this Dentist. The first problem was they took my insurance and did the two crowns(which I still have a pain on those teeth) then 4 months later they tell me my insurance won’t work and I need to pay or they are sending me to collections. They also told my two daughters and myself that we all had a gum infection- and we didn’t. The day I was told I had a gum infection and it was going to cost almost 1600.00 that I would have to pay out of pocket I also heard the Dentist tell the patient next to me almost word for word what he told me that this patient had a gum infection. They tell you something is wrong - that isn’t- just to make money. Woodbury Smiles is a joke and a scam.
