My 2 kids and I are patients here and we LOVE it! My kids had been with a pediatric dentist, but then we moved and had to find a new dentist. I've never seen them so happy to go to the dentist! When my son needed a filling, the previous dentist insisted on sedating him. But Dr. Wilkinson played his favorite music, worked around him holding his iPad and playing a game, and no sedation was needed! When my son chipped his front tooth, Dr. Hildebrandt repaired it beautifully and affordably. At my daughter's annual cleaning they found a cavity that needed a small filling and they did it on the spot -- I didn't have to wait and make a new appointment, etc. I needed a veneer repaired and they worked with me to repair my entire smile and now I smile HUGE everywhere I go! I'm on zoom calls all day long and I love staring at my new smile! Thank you, Woodbury Smiles!!!!

This office has no idea how to bill insurance. We were over charged wrongly on numerous occasions resulting in hundreds of dollars needing to be refunded. When we asked about the questionable charges, the manager was very rude. In fact, we have had more than one unpleasant encounter with the manager. Recently, they billed insurance wrong again. When insurance didn't send them a check, they sent us a bill. I called multiple times to find out what this bill was about and was only told we didn't owe anything. Later, we found out they turned the bill over to claims. This is ridiculous! All they had to do was tell me we did owe the amount and why on one of my multiple calls or even when I was there for a check up This was from 2021! When we called to question why this happened , the manager was again rude. So please, please check your charges after every visit. You are probably being cheated and you don't want to deal with the manager.
I should add that Dr. Wilkinson was a good dentist and we stayed for him.

The hospitality, attention to details and staff is excellent. I have always hated to be waiting at doctors all the time. But not here. They respect the patients time.

Wow- Everyone hates going to the dentist, but Dr. Wilkinson and the team at Woodbury Smiles make it easy and comfortable. Dr. Wilkinson has a kind, compassionate, and fun chair-side manner. He explains every step of what he's doing and what he's thinking the plan should be for your dental care. This entire team obviously cares for their patients and their wellbeing, financial and otherwise. I will happily make the trip from EAST BETHEL for this experience and level of care.
