My family has been using Pine Ridge Dental for many years! We have always got great service and a warm welcome every time we walk in the door. Our insurance has change and we are no longer in network, however we still use them! We have used other Dentist in the area, but no one compares! I have and always do recommend DR. I had not gone to the dentist in over 3 years and they did not judge or condemn. They also reinforce good dental practice and provide suggestions for areas where they see there could be an improvement without making you feel bad.
Appointments do book out a little bit, but I have never had a problem reaching anyone to change or make an appointment.
Pay attention to EOB's if the services are not covered in full. I have had issues with being billed more than contracted rates and have had to part ways with this provider.

Even when the kids were young they went above and beyond to make sure they were at ease with what was going to be done. Taking time to explain things, and giving the kids a break if they needed it. Always a wonderful experience from the time we walk in the door until we leave! My little girl has been coming here for almost two years and she LOVES IT! the front desk staff knows you when u walk in the door. The hygienist takes extra time and really explains what she's doing so the kids are not scared. My daughter had X-rays done for the first time and I was expecting her to get freaked out and uncomfortable but that was not the case! Everything goes so smooth here we will never go anywhere else!
