Disclaimer- this review is in reference to my personal experience in an unsuccessful attempt to find a great family dentist for my Husband, Son and myself. My Husband and I had appointments for cleaning, I have dental insurance, he does not. They took him to the back and proceeded to "clean" his teeth. I was called to the back later and had X-rays, and then ushered out of the chair through the back door. My Husband's teeth were not properly cleaned because the staff and dentist were in a hurry to leave. Based on the poor experience, I've canceled my Son's upcoming appointment multiple times; this morning I received a text in Spanish reminding us of the appointment. We're not Hispanic and we speak very little Spanish. Worse dental experience ever. They hurriedly ran my insurance so they could file a claim, did a quick scrape on my Husband's teeth, collected $65, and sent us on our merry way.

Great Service but I have to edit concerning pay..
Edit: I went to get a wisdom tooth pulled on May 10,2022 and paid $390 for services. I have dental insurance through my job and was told that I would be reimbursed by my insurance. Here it is June1,2022 i call back and they still saying yes you'll be reimburse. and still hadn't received payment. Call my insurance and they tell me.a claim hadn't even been reported.

If I could give zero stars I would! I had 17 teeth pulled here, they used local anesthesia and prescribed TYLENOL for pain! I can not even drink water now! I would have rather pulled my teeth in my garage with a pair of pliers!
