From the moment I checked in at the front desk, I knew I would love this place. I was greeted with a smile and given a tour of the office, which was something I've never had at any other dentist office. I was treated with the utmost of respect and Dr. Fincher actually listens to your concerns. I'm so happy to find this place. I will definitely tell my family and friends about Bright Smiles.

My first visit went great. They were super friendly, explained everything to me and let me ask questions. I have a lot of anxiety/fear of getting dental work done and they were happy to help me with that. I’m now waiting for my treatment plan and then I’ll be on way to set my next appointment!

The dentist office was great to communicate with, I called with extreme tooth pain and they got me in same day. I’m schedule for an extraction this Friday days within my consult, it’s been an ease working with bright smiles because I know they’re going to take care of me!

I am very disappointed in this company. My daughter and I had appointments scheduled together 6 months in advance. I confirmed the appointments within the required confirmation timeframe (48 hrs prior) and received a confirmation text from Bright Smiles confirming the appointment was set. Several hours later I received a notification from Bright Smiles stating that my appointment had been cancelled bc I had provided them with a “last minute” confirmation, even though I did confirm >48hrs from my appointment time. I called them and was told that my appointment had already been given to another customer and they could put me on a “wait list” instead. I would absolutely not recommend this company.
