I enjoyed the friendly staff and the dentist that gave me professional advice about my next step for my care. I didn’t have the right dental insurance when I came but I called back to give the one who handles the information the next day. My dental appointment was February 23, 2019 and I called back on Thursday the next day with my correct insurance information and was told someone would be calling me back on Friday after 4:00pm. Today is the 31st and I still have not received a call. Not happy with how they handled me as a potential new patient!

Will not return all they care about is money no care at all that u are in pain. If a dentist cant stop your pain before they try to sell u a long term cleaning plan. And if a dentist cant take care of all dental emergency they should retire or go back to school there lack of skills left me in pain all weekend this is a band aid station and they target easy easy money. Dont waste your time here there are to many great dentist around to deal with this there skill level is low and there price is high

Complete waste of time going to this place! Not punctual on their appointment times or even communicating with you to let you know what might be stalling them seeing you. Not attentive to the patient is the biggest mistake. Will not be returning or even recommending them to anyone. People have to work and can't afford to have their time wasted. Completely disappointed! Hope yall do better in the future!

Very poor experience with aspen dental.i written a check for the amount i were told $422 to cover my visit on 11/18/20. On 11/27/20 i check my mail and find a balance due from aspen dental when i payed in-full for the service. They are very money hungry it seems to me.how is it possible to lie to your patients about the total bill then when its payed in full as instructed bye there staff.but send me another bill.do i owe you for life for service. Poor management & money hungry. Im not used to monopoly billing.

My husband and I are very displeased with our experience yesterday. They were extremely uncaring, and seemed mostly focused on making as much money as possible. He was in need of emergency dental surgery to remove a tooth. We waited for over an hour to be seen, while he was in agony. They called him back, and after another hour and a half he came out and they had done nothing to address the immediate problem of his suffering. They had spent the entire time doing an OVERLY thorough (and painful) examination to form and extensive long term plan for every single thing that needed to be addressed. Then they sat us down to discuss financing over $6000.00 worth of dental care, (for a variety of unnecessary procedures) trying to convince us to apply for a line of credit. Then we were told that in order to have his tooth pulled, we have to wait another 3 hours, (which we did only because it was Saturday, and they were the closest ones open on Saturday). After he did finally see the dentist the only medication they prescribed him for the considerable pain of the surgical removal of a molar was Ibuprofen. The Ibuprofen is doing next to nothing for his pain today. He is bleeding heavily, and extremely sore, and we’ve received very little information regarding his recovery. We will NOT be going back to them for any future services.
