The worst experience ever. So
unprofessional. The Doctor, Braddy- Brown was very nasty, and had an attitude. She's not tentative to your concerns or issue, do not even present herself to you an effort to make your visit comfortable. It was a day from work waisted. I will never go back.

I had recently moved to this city. I had to have dental procedures done. After talking with my insurance company and getting a list of dentist in the area, I chose Aspen Dental. The staff in the Flowood, MS office is just awesome. . I highly respect the staff. I will return again,with no hesitation.

Unfortunately, I had an appointment on a day with ONE available dentist. So everything was backed up.
I felt like no one really listened to me about my problems, and was put in a corner about OPTIONS considering my dental problems.
Yes, I want certain teeth pulled, but I wasn't given many options for others I think could just use filling instead of Root canals.
I chose Aspen dental because I thought they would be affordable and I would have good dental care .
Not like a money bag of teeth for the taking.
Not only that, I wasn't even offered anything, advice or otherwise, for my abscess caused by my broken tooth.
4 hours I spent there, and walked out the same way I walked in, in pain, feeling forced I didn't have Any Say in my dental work.
I did prepay for services in the future. But honestly, I'm having second thoughts about keeping the appointment and returning for services.
I'm feeling very numb and afraid of dentist, again.
It's like going to my Dr, she doesn't treat me, she treats the problem with no significant cure.
I'm not feeling very good about my choices made to go here.

Horrible services, pathetic services, liars.
Wasted over an hour of my time just to tell me they were not going to do anything about my not being able to chew. Very unprofessional. Told me multiple lies. I asked why did they waste my time? ( 8:45 am until 10:45 am) no services provided. I was told this was just a consultation visit why wasn't I told that over the phone before driving 25 mins to a pointless visit. I'm 8 months pregnant and can not chew after chipping and possibly breaking another tooth. Second lie I was told was because I'm pregnant I can't receive any dental work. That's a lie I have been pregnant before and have received dental work. I even talked about my previous dentist. I booked an emergency app for tooth pain and chipped tooth also started that I was pregnant. Not once did they mention I needed some paperwork which I could have provided. Every time they mentioned it in office I told them I could provide it. They knew I was there so I could chew. They were just trying to milk my insurance for multiple visits. The lies I was told was they could see me(1) was there for consultation visit (never mentioned that until they seen I had insurance)(2) and last but not least it's nothing we can do because you're pregnant(3) Don't waste your time

I'll gladly give Aspen Dental of Flowood, MS a 1 star rating! And, the lonely star is simply for the patience and kindness of SOME staff. In short, this is a straight-up business that will milk you for every dollar you have. Their pricing is outrageous. They do not care to help you outside of the bare minimum that simply ensures money from your pocket to their hands. There is no explanation or expectation set when scheduling an appointment over the phone and although they expect YOU to be flexible (for example, when they need to reschedule you last minute), they are not flexible and understanding whatsoever. I had called and explained my situation, including that I AM a patient of Aspen (past services at different locations), services needed and that I would be taking time off work and driving 2 hours (each way) for my appointment. They did NOT provide me the services requested on the day of my appointment but instead, quoted me at $9,900 for work "needed" and then charged me for basic x-rays and a check-up $120(ish) and told me that I'll have to set up another appointment for the services I had requested (which were included on their list of services "needed"). In addition, the credit card that THEY use/promote (and I begrudgingly agreed to 8 months ago, at a different Aspen location) lowered my available credit due to non-use and Flowood employees were unwilling to contact anyone to help reestablish/enable the once Aspen-approved credit for the line. On top of this, a portion of expenses charged for my prior services (at a different Aspen location and 8 months ago) was showing that I had a $2,300 balance due to nonpayment from my dental coverage when all was set and approved the day of service. This now caused the Flowood location to ask me for a $2,300 payment before committing to any of the requested and needed services. Of course, this is being put on me to sort out and I have left 3 voicemails for the prior-visited Aspen location, since. One call even resulted in me being asked to hold for "just a moment" followed by a forward to a messaging machine after holding for 30 minuites and without notice. This entire company is a joke. I'm over here in pain, with a huge gap in the front of my mouth, at a loss of work for the day and more frustrated than I have been in quite some time. Do better, MUCH BETTER, Aspen. My records from another Aspen were sent over to you. I am not a new patient. Don't give me the runaround and find ways to get me through the doors multiple times prior to being provided my requested and approved services (so that you can rack-up unnecessary and outrageously priced expenses/services). And, try providing some actual service to your patients. Take the lead as the professionals. For a little icing on the cake- You know a business is not looking out for your best interest if they act irritated when you ask for a printout of recommended services with quoted pricing or choose to spend a whole few minutes reading over something before signing. Big. Red. Flags. I will make sure to share my experience with my extensive community network and NEVER return. Do not waste your time and money on Aspen Dental. Go ANYWHERE else.

What a great bunch of people! Tykeidra was the first person I met and she set a very positive tone for the rest of the visit. Easy to talk with, explained all aspects of the appointment, ask pertinent questions. We even talked about what we each did for Christmas while waiting for the doctor. Wait times all appropriate. Financial manager gave me options for different dentures and payment plans. Even for the employees I didn't directly meet, everyone seemed to be happy to be there and together.
Thank you all for a really good experience. I will definitely spread the word!
