Rude checkout and treatment plan explanation. I checked my insurance before and after. It pays 50% and not the 30% that this person says. She started to try to explain "in network", etc. I've worked in insurance and know exactly what my plan covers.
Also, request payment before even scheduling. I won't be back nor will my family.

Mom had teeth extracted then dentures made. They treated her so well that my brother, then stepfather switched to Dr. P and crew. Stepfather has not had as efficient implant/denture servicing.
