I am very full of fear and much anxiety about the drilling the x-rays however this team made me comfortable to where I didn't cry the entire time. Buckle up because I have a lot to say. Being a very anxious patient, the first thing I received was a comfort menu. It had options such as sunglasses, blankets, neck pillow, ear plugs, drinks, snacks and gas. I was already so nervous that I declined it all except ask for a rubber band to pop. Dr. P came back and he immediately knew I was nervous. He went ahead and told me to get the gas, as Danielle got me a stressball and water. I was starting the process of two crowns and a filling. The tears started to flow as soon as the numbing gel went in. I had to pause to take my glasses off as I could see the reflection. I constantly got reassured I was okay, and everything was going great. Dr. P walked me through each step as Danielle would occasionally wipe my tears, comfort me, apply chapstick, and massage my jaw. Lindsey Dean, the manager, came and sat down and held my hand as well. The sweetest soul!! Next thing I needed was the scan for braces. Layla B came to the rescue as this new technology was fun for everyone to try. They made everything a breeze from start to finish. I even got an umbrella to get to my car in the rain! Seriously, the best group of people and setting you can ask for to help you regain your confidence!
