Really friendly staff, EXCELLENT dental hygienist (Carly), and EXCELLENT dentist (Dr. West). I know few people really get fired up about going to see a dentist, but I can tell you my visit was as good as I could have hoped!

I have to start by saying I appreciate the entire staff at The Winning Smile Flowood location. My jaw has been swollen since yesterday and I was experiencing excruciating pain. When I called the Brandon location they didn’t have any openings but there was a 9:30am appointment open in Flowood for a new patient. That’s almost unheard of. When I arrived everyone was so welcoming and nice. I was also happy to learn they are in network with my insurance which was a plus. Filling out the paperwork was so simple and when I was called to the back I was given a gift for being a new patient. How cool is that. Even as an adult I am still a little afraid of the dentist and when I revealed that, the entire staff was so accommodating asking every step of the way if I was okay. I was even given a blanket when one of the assistance noticed I was cold. After speaking with Dr. P, I learned I had an abscess. Even when I told them I would be moving in 3 weeks, they still worked a plan where I could get my crown for an unfinished root canal and an implant before leaving. Dr.P even called me hours after my appointment to check on me and make sure I was comfortable. I appreciate the amount of care and concern from the entire staff in Flowood and recommended anyone to give them your business. They will take care of you!

This location and the Brandon one are both fantastic! Dr. Lee Gary is especially outstanding. We came back after trying out a different dentist and having multiple bad experiences with them, and we will never cheat on Winning Smile again, lol! They did great fixing my existing fillings and giving me new ones, and I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to do my first root canal. They have been our trusted clinic for years and will be for more to come.

I felt like instead of taking care of issue that day the focus was finding more expensive procedures. I have never ever been to a dentist that brought the bill before preforming procedure to make sure I was paying the amount.
