The customer service and friendliness was outstanding. The atmosphere was inviting and everyone genuinely seemed concerned with making sure that all needs were met. The only issue I had was during the procedure, the suction was not properly place and I had a continental feeling of running out of air. Whenever I got the attention of my Dr., the suction was cleared. On the night after my procedure, I received a call from the Dr. just checking on me. I would rate the overall service and experience a 9 out of 10.

I was able to secure a same day appointment. The environment was very soothing! As I waited in the waiting area, the sounds of Christian music played. I am don't have dentist anxieties but if I did the music would definitely help to relax!
The dental assistant was so personable, she gave me a tour of the facility and because I was a first time visitor I received a gift! They made a great first impression. The assistant then asked questions about my life and what I needed in a dentist. This was the first time a dentist office asked questions to learn who I was as a person and what I needed in a dentist. I was super impressed!
The dentist was very thorough and gentle. I walked away with a thorough understanding of my treatment plan and what to expect on my next visit! I would definitely recommend this dental office. They exceeded my expectations!

They are always the most friendly staff ever. I truly believe Dr.P and the staff want to take care of each patient’s individual needs. I have been going here for a couple of years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental needs.
