The entire team made my visit comfortable. Linda welcomed me with a big smile. My hygienist, Demaris, and Dr. Crews and Sherry, her dental assistant, made sure my experience was five star. The office is state of the art. The treatment I received was excellent! I highly recommend Beachview Dental.

Beach View Family Dental has very special dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistances, office manger, billing, treatment coordinator, and has become a family to me. Instantly addressing problems, and wanting to ensure that my dental needs are properly care for; along with educating me to the proper care and attention, that is needed to ensure healthy teeth and a health life. I always leave, with a feeling of being care about! Beach View Family Dental is the very best of the best!

I really wanted to love this place. This dentistry opened up just down the street from me so I decided to give them a try. I did my research online and read all the reviews. I chose Dr. Crews and made an appointment. I sent all my insurance information in a month before my appointment so they could verify my insurance. When I went for my appointment I really liked the hygienist and she did an excellent job. I felt at ease with Dr. Crews and overall just really liked the place. I received a dental plan to replace some old fillings and crown. One of the lady’s commented on my insurance when I was checking out about how great it was. She did another insurance verification to verify the dental plan amounts were correct because I had some questions on how much was being covered etc. She was telling me how much more it paid compared to others. I made an appointment and went back the following month to have one of my fillings replaced. When checking out I was told once again how great an insurance plan I had and was asked if I wanted to go ahead and get the other items in my dental plan done. I paid my portion, which was $250+ and decided to wait a couple of months before getting anything else done. A few weeks later I receive a bill from Beach View for over $600. I called and spoke to Nicole who stated Humana did not pay and was going to try and find out why. She was supposed to get back with me and told me if I receive another bill just disregard it. I never heard back so I called a couple of weeks later and was told insurance didn’t pay because they “changed things in mid January and didn’t notify the dentistry”. I submitted my insurance information in March so I didn’t understand. I asked to speak to a manager and was told a message would be sent for her to call me. A few days later I receive a bill in the mail stating that if I didn’t pay it was going to be turned over to collections. I have never in my life! I immediately called and was told by Nicole I owed the money. They were no longer a preferred provider with my insurance and therefore the insurance would not be paying anything. According to her this changed in January. I sent my insurance information in March for verification so I didn’t understand what was going on. I again asked to speak to a manager. Finally Linda called me back and I explained the whole thing to her. I would have never went there for dental work after my cleaning if I had been told they did not accept my insurance. I would have never went there period If I had been told. I pay good money every month for my insurance and certainly want to use it. I felt like the whole thing was a bait and switch and I was left with a massive dental bill. Linda told me that Dr. Crews went to school for a long time and doesn’t work for free and then asked If I thought Dr. Crews deserved that. It was the most insane conversation. She told me that regardless of them verifying the insurance information, telling me how great it was and coming up with a dental plan based on my insurance it was still my responsibility to pay. If they had told me after the cleaning they had made a mistake with my insurance I could understand but to allow me to come back a month later to start work on the dental plan and stick me with a $600+ bill is deceitful to me and feels like a bait and switch. I wish I would have NEVER decided to go here. It’s sad you can’t trust a doctor’s office to do the right thing. It’s sad you can’t trust them to give you accurate information. I would never recommend this dentistry.

Beachview Family Dental is amazing. I had Dr. Lowry to get rid of my calcium deposits on my front teeth, and the difference is incredible. Friendly staff and comfortable environment - absolutely recommend to everyone.

Beachview family dental is amazing! They have completely changed my family’s smiles and raised my children’s self esteem!! Dee is the sweetest and my daughter just loved her at our last visit! My daughter bragged about her the whole way home! ❤️ Nicole is the first smiling face we see that will boost any mood and make it a comfortable experience!! Dr Eli Lowery is also amazing! He completely changed my sons smile and my son is now walking around smiling all the time! We thank you from our family to yours! You all are very caring and are all amazing!

Having HUGE dental anxiety, I found Beach View to be very compassionate. I had never done sedation dentistry but after talking with them about it, I thought it would be what I needed....and boy was it ever! They took real good care of me making sure I was aware of what they were doing and was comfortable with it. This was probably t's first time in my life I was that comfortable at the dentsist!❤

The staff at Beach View Dental are incredible. Linda and/or Mary are the best hygienists that I have ever had cleaning my teeth. Dr. Crews is so gentle, compassionate and informative. I will not be seeing another dentist, Dr. Crews is #1
