Today I had an appointment at smile time for a xray because I was a chipped tooth and it had been bothering me. The staff was very nice and explained everything in detail for me. They where able to schedule me for a pulling the very same day. There was no pain and it was over before I knew it. Thanks smile😀time

Dr. McCurdy, and her staff took me in on a moments notice with a terribly painful toothache. She and her staff were caring and understanding. They got me in and fixed my problem that day! I am so grateful to everyone at Smile Time for the help!

Refuses to help alleviate pain. Treated me like a junky for requesting something strong enough to help. They only care about billing and liability, not patient care.
Also, HIIPA violations everywhere. I have a picture of dozens of patients personal information that was left up unattended for 30+ minutes.

Run as fast as you can from this office!!! My daughter was referred to Dr. McCurdy office for a root canal on tooth #18. She did #30 that did NOT need a root canal! Whenever I went back to her office (July), she blamed my daughter for the mix up! Stating my 16 year old- who she has never seen before the day of May 18, remembers specifically pointing to tooth #30! Dr. McCurdy also stated that she never seen the referral that was sent over by our regular dentist. I was going to let Smile Time correct what they ( Dr.McCurdy) did wrong and let them do the correct tooth until they stated that they would NOT do it for free and that my insurance will be billed. Absolutely preposterous!!! In my opinion...this office should be investigated and shut down immediately!!!
