My child has braces with this orthodontist. When this place was kool smiles it was terrible. Extra long waiting to be seen, extremely rude people. I thought it would change for the better when the name changed but nope still the same the people that work here are still extremely rude. It doesn't deserve any stars! Chrissy, Terrie and the orthodontist David Morris is about the only one that is nice that's works there.

The doctor who pulled my son teeth did great. I love the availability the office has because I work late. And I like late appointments. They are very nice when we come.

WHO EVER THEY HAD ANSWERING THE PHONE AND TAKING APPOINTMENTS ON 5/8/19 AT 7:55 AM WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! SHE WAS NOT WELCOMING, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND SEEMED LIKE SHE DID NOT WANT TO BE THERE. HER ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE!!!! SHE ACTUALLY HUNG UP IN MY FACE AND I WAS VERY NICE WITH HER. PLEASE GET A NEW RECEPTIONIST BECAUSE BASED ON HER CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER BRING MY CHILDREN THERE AGAIN AND WILL ALWAYS TELL FAMILY ANF FRIENDS ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE. THAT IS A SHAME BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN BRINGING MY CHILDREN THERE FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS.
