Worst place ever. People are RUDE, ortho is completely unprofessional. My kid left there in tears. Passive aggressive talking down to an 11 year old over Medicaid. And says "I might not even be able to fix your bite". Isnt that what an orthodontist does? Oh and good luck with all the cancellations you're never informed of or rescheduling. They dont know how to answer a phone..... would not recommend to anyone's worst enemy.

First I want to say that I was very impressed at the cleanliness of the facility. My first visit was good and they treated my daughter well. She was not nervous at all. She couldn't wait to go back. Btw, she is 6 1/2 years old.
Today (5-31-19) we had her follow up which were fillings (3). Fortunately she only got one today. Dr. Pursley explained the cavity wasn't as severe as she thought so my daughter didn't need to be numb. I expressed my relief but told her my daughter will be disappointed as she was looking forward to it. So, she made the decision to give her a little bit of the novacane to she knows what to expect next time and also, just in case she has to go a little deeper for the cavity.
So, Ms. Sheriita (the Dental Assistant) gave her laughing gas and she got the numbing gel and away they went. My daughter did amazingly well!!! It was said she did better than some adults that have come in there. She can't wait to go back for her other fillings!
Dr. Pursley explained everything to my daughter before it happened and in a way she could understand. She also made sure she understood before she proceeded with anything. Ms. Sherita was very sweet too. She made my daughter feel comfortable while she was waiting.
I don't want any other dentist working on my daughter. If Dr. Pursley is unavailable, I will reschedule.
Sunnybrook Dentistry is great! I've recommended it to people already and continue to do so!

I was called back by China and brought to the conference room and discussed the procedures that we would be doing..we discussed my insurance and how it would be used...she was very nice and professional and friendly!

My daughter is 7 and we visited Sunnybrook to initially get a second opinion. I’m so glad we did!! After Dr. Pursley observed, we learned that we still had a good bit of work to do but it was totally manageable and would not involve putting my daughter to sleep, which is what the other dentist office wanted to do. Sunnybrook was able to get us back in the very next day to begin. My daughter is normally very nervous at the dentist but not here. She actually said to me, “mama, it won’t be that bad”. Talk about a complete turnaround. During the procedure (crown and fillings), Dr. Roark spoke in the most calm voice I’ve ever heard, to my daughter. She was so patient and explained every single step to us as well as each tool she was going to use and why. My daughter did such a great job and I know it was because of Dr. Roark’s very personable personality as well as the helpfulness of her wonderful dental assistants, Jamie and Temesha who took such good care of us!!

I had an appointment today scheduled for 4:00 for my boys. We was 12 minutes late the receptionist was very unprofessional. I was told my kids can’t be seen because we didn’t make the 10 minute grace period. And if we reschedule it want be until next month. I think 🤔 we will pass and find another place that will see us when we late and appreciate their customers.
Because Sunnybrook Dentistry can run without customers. The staff their need training on professionalism.
