My children and I love Kool Smiles! The staff members are always kind and friendly, as well as prompt. My children had their appointment yesterday, and it was awesome. The work they had done was simple and the doctors made it quick and easy for all three of my children. My son's first visit was last week and I have to say that it was a great experience!! The people there are very courteous and helpful. Their work is thorough and they want your children to be comfortable. His dentist informed me of everything she did for him, what work he will need done in the future, and answered all of my questions that I had. Overall, we were both satisfied with Kool Smiles and he will definitely be back. I will recommend them to everyone I know!!

Dr. Sutton and China worked with my daughter today and they were very professional. They explained to me everything that they had to do on my daughter whom had a few cavities and needed a fill in. Our experience here was awesome! No long wait and everyone was very nice and professional. The playroom was a plus for the kids, they played and had a great time while waiting. Will be doing more business with Kool Smiles in hattiesburg from here on out.

If your having any issues, they'll work you in -in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Kool Smile to anyone who is looking for a dental office.
