The staff was very friendly. Dr.Sutton was wonderful as always. The dental hygienist, Lyndsey, took her time, was very patient and friendly with both my daughter and me. We had a not so pleasant experience here about a year ago with Dr.O, but since changing to Dr.Sutton, my little girl is finally starting to overcome her fear of the dentist.

We absolutely love Kool Smiles in Hattiesburg Ms. All the staff treats us like family. Our last visit we had Dr. Pursely and assistant Andrea. I trust each one and my kids are relaxed, the youngest always ask when can we go back. Great group of people and I love how they wipe and clean the chairs etc after each child.

This is an awesome place, especially for kids! They have a play place and 2 touch- screens with several games! They offer braces after they've taken measurements of your mouth, or if you don't have the correct overbite. My kids have been going here over 11 years, and they've never been scared or frightened. All of the dentists are very caring! I highly recommend this dental office, especially for children, because they get to see several other kids doing the very same things they are. Therefore, the adventure isn't as scary! 😷🦷🥼🥽 However, they do require you to wear masks right now.

All and I do mean ALL OF SUNNYBROOK DENTISTRY IS TRASH!!!! I booked my kids appointments through the call center cause I NEVER can get in anyone on the phone! Ok, so I booked Hattiesburg office was book so the lady sent us to the Biloxi office. Biloxi office confirmed appointment the day before and the day of. We drive an hour to get there and when we get there the lady said “Oh, we can’t see them unless you transfer here!! I’m looking at her like What 🙄 so I drove all the way and my kids missed a day of school FOR NOTHING !!???
All she could say was “unfortunately yes!!” Well, I said all that to say IM DONE WITH SUNNYBROOK!! They unprofessional and rude!!!! My kids will have another orthodontist!! Sad how this company operate!!!

Dr. Moore and Andrea really did a wonderful job taking care of my baby during her first ever dental work experience. She had two extractions and a cap and they operated like a well-oiled-machine all with the sensitive care that you want for your child!! Thank you!

My son had an appt. today for a chipped tooth. He was very nervous and Dr. Sutton and China we're very sweet and kind and put my son's nervousness to easy. They explained to him in detail about what they would be doing so that he would be comfortable during the dental process. I thank them for a wonderful experience. Dr.Roaik & Mr.Derrick were great helping me. I don’t usually like going to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable and calm while getting a couple fillings. They are both kind and friendly.

I absolutely love the Hattiesburg location. Dr. Roark and her assistant Derrick was the best. Both of my children had to have work done and my youngest wasn't the easiest to deal with, but they were both patient and kind and they got her to calm down. Very professional food people that love what they do.
