I want to thank Dr.Moore and Dr.Derrick these two men worked so great with my 10 year old son. I took my son in for a small 'emergency" basically my son had a tooth that was hurting a week and a small piece broke off so I took him in. Turns out my son needed a small filling as well as a different tooth needed some extra help to come out. Dr. Moore was so great in the way he let me know that without telling my son directly. Dr Moore did not have any idea that my son has had anxiety going to the dentist in the past. Dr. Moore and Dr Derrick worked so well together with distracting my son so he didn't realize everything that they were doing. I appreciate you so much. Thanks

My 5 yr old son has been coming here since he was about 3..he loves the play area in the waiting room! The hygenists and assistants and Dr Roark are all so good and gentle and great at explaining what they're going to be doing next. We love our Kool Smiles!

China and Dr. Sutton were very professional caretakers during my experience today. The bothe of them greeted me with a smile as they introduced themselves. These ladies explained to me what was going on and my treatment options and made sure I was comfortable with my treatment plan.

The Orthodontist that working there is trash with a bad attitude and he will be reported to the board of dentistry. My daughter was talked to like a dog by him and he threw her retainer at her and walked out. Not acceptable or tolerated.

Dr. Maharrey is one of the best dentist I have ever had. My first experience he made sure I was well taken care of. His assistant Mrs. Andrea was wonderful. Kool Smiles is one of the best places to come to!!

My daughter had an appointment at 4pm on Tuesday. We sat in the waiting area for an hour and they close at 5. When I walked to the desk to ask when will we be seen and the lady at the desk told me to hold on while her and another lady walked off laughing looking for mama. When see came back she looked at a folder and said you are next. We was called to the little room and when they show where she had last took family was 2 days before her appointment the lady was looking like she didn't want to see my daughter. She left to go talk with the doctor after we had already been there for over any hour. She came back and said she will see her we followed her to the back. We was in the back maybe 15 to 20 minutes and we were done. She was there for a cleaning but they was an hour behind. How do you get an hour behind with 20 to 30 minutes appointment. We were not happy at all and the front desk ladies was very rude and unfriendly to say the least. Next time say that you are an hour behind and not let people sit out there thinking they are not getting called back. Communicating is key use it sometimes.
