I was very please with Kool Smiles and I will continue using them and refer friends and family here. For starters my children enjoyed the playroom prior to going to the back. Chrissie brought us back to explain to my children what they were going to experience. My 3 year old was a little scared and cried a bit, but Kaylor was wonderful with her. Kaylor showed her what she was trying to do and she sat there like a big girl. Dr. Roark was so sweet and soft spoken and a wonderful smile. Parents if your children ever feared going to the dentist, try Kool Smiles. You will Love it!

All of the staff was friendly accept for Mrs.Desha she is rude and very unprefessional stared at me and my kids like we were intruders made me feel uncomfortable. I believe that she has gotten accustomed to being this way this was our second time in the office and it wasnt the friendly place we thought it was. Guess me and my babies will be moving around til we find the right fit. I want to feel welcomed and for treatment plans and intakes to be like a conversation not a dispute. I encountered a lot of helpful ladies who were friendly and patient with us but walking in was like the absolute worse. Customer Service should be every managers number one priority not just his or her staffs priority.

Absolutely amazing people and environment. I had to bring my daughter in whom deals with social anxiety, and she was instantly comfortable. We had seen another dentist prior, and he was impatient with her as he made her anxiety worse. They took their time, laughed, joked, and even thanked us for being patient with them. In reality though, they were the patient ones. They never complained when she was shy or hesitant to something. They took their time and found a new solution. So wonderful of them. I drove an hour away to see them, and will not go anywhere else now. I will refer them to any and every single person. If I had to have a con to all of the pros, it would be Baskin Robin's for opening up right across the walkway from them haha. Dr Roark, Mr. Derrick, and Ms. Carley B. are amazing with children and it shows they care and definitely in the right career of choice. 10 stars, because 5 just isn't enough!

I had my second time visit with my children by Kool Smiles. We waited again almost 1,5 hour until we got in for our appointment. The dentist service itself was good and the ladies were very nice, apologizing for this what happen .
Sorry Kool Smiles ,but we are going now to another pediatric dentist.

Dr. Roark, Dr. Sutton and China worked wonderful with my son Dehendric Smith. They all was very nice and talked my son through what he was going to experience today. Kool Smiles is the BEST children's dentistry.

Kool Smiles always has a courteous friendly staff who are always willing to help. In particular Mrs. Chrissie Kasey stand out and has always done an excellent job with my children. She always talks with them makes them comfortable and explains everything to them. She takes excellent care of there teeth. Thank you Kool Smiles for employing such an excellent staff member such as Mrs. Chrissie Kasey.

I visit Kool Smile today and it was the best appointment! Dental Assistant Justin was awesome!... He calm my daughter when she was scared and ended up making her laughing. When Dr. Dursly came into the room she was nice and energetic. Dr. Dursly and Justin worked as an team. They was perfect with my daughter and involved me with what they was doing. Words can't explain my experience but I am happy plus my daughter has an smile on her face.

Everyone is respectful, and We didn’t have to wait at all for my children to be seen. My children loves this place😃. The team leader, Ms. Desha is awesome and very professional. She always smile and she is very positive. I hope to see her everytime we come🤩
