Kool smiles is a great place to bring your children for dental care!! I love the atmosphere. Employees are very calm and patient with the children. To name a few Laneka! Temesha! Dereck! Sherita and Dr. Roak!! From the receptionists at front desk on to the back. I mean friendly smiles. Positive attitudes and that makes a difference. I am always pleased with their services.

Some of the staff is very polite while the rest is very rude, as if their only purpose there is for a paycheck. The waiting area was very kid friendly but the bathrooms aren't very clean. I will not be going back mostly for the reason that they try to do unnecessary procedures. They took X-rays of my 6 year old daughters mouth and noticed a very tiny cavity in one of her bottom teeth and tried to tell us they need to cap it. Caps are for very distorted damaged teeth. Hers are VERY well taken care of so I took her to 2 other dentist for 2nd opinions. Both offices told me that is not needed. Maybe a small filling but recommend not do anything to it for the next 2-3 months because her adult teeth are already coming in under it. So it'd be a waste of money & time to fix something she is already about to loose in short time.

Worst dentist office I have ever been too! Wait times are too long, the girls at the front counter are rude and the last time we were there they said my daughter didn’t have any appointment even though I had a card with it written down! I checked my daughter out of school for this appointment and they wouldn’t work her in even though it was their fault! Also the ladies room is always filthy and never has toilet paper!!! We are DONE with this place!!!

I'll start off with the fact that I do love that they have a mini indoor playground for the kids while they wait, that being said, both times I've been here the wait time has been miserable. Theres not point in have an appointment time, because you wont be seen at that time. Theres definitely no personal feel to this office. Its basically an assembly line for teeth cleaning/repair.

My experience here at kool smiles. I'm always feeling like this is a second family. DA Temesha McSwain makes my whole family feel relaxed and comfortable. There is no other place I would recommend you take your children for their dentistry needs.

The wait was long but China and Dr. Pursley were awesome with my son. China well informed me of what would happen during our visit and was an overall great person.

Do not go here. They tried to do a completely unnecessary root canal and crown on my 7 year old. I got a second opinion at another dental provider who said that neither procedure was needed. Instead he got a small filling. Even with gas and local anesthesia getting a crown put on is painful and stressful for a child - it shouldn't be performed unless absolutely required. We will never be back. I am glad I questioned them and my son avoided a painful procedure.

My 2 year old daughter's visit to Kool Smiles was an awesome experience. The staff was pleasant and the atmosphere was excellent. We both left the clinic with smiles!!!!

Check in got to the back as soon as we sat down ashley and Dr Morris were very help and polite like sunny brook dentistry won't go anywhere else
