Had a bad experience on yesterday. I went there to take care of a matter that happened again less than six months and they demand payment. My point I shouldn't have to pay because the crack is in the same spot they fixed before in September. I was asked to wait in waiting no problem. Finally, the front desk clerk call me back up only to tell me the same thing. I was called out to be rude which she and the office manager was very unprofessional. Office manager was supposed to come out and address me she never did she was talking from the back in her office. So, who's really being unprofessional. It's clear to me that they are running the show in someone else's place of business. I been a customer since I was 16 years old and I will not be back.
Note: Within the six months time frame is their "policy" they fail to honor on yesterday. September to December is clearly not six months.
Who What
Dr. Bailey and all his staff are awesome. It is a busy office but no one is overlooked or mistreated. I have 5 family members that go here and won't go anywhere else and the number is still going up. He is the best at all his services and his prices are not high. I highly recommend him for any service you need and if he can't do it he will send you to the right place.

What kind of dentist don’t do cleanings? I called and to make an appointment to get a regular cleaning and the lady on the phone said… they don’t have anyone doing cleanings. Like what 🙄
