Dental Assistant was beyond great! The dentist ( walters) never introduced himself nor did he bother to even tell me what he was going to do! (He literally said 3 words to me) I had a toothache and was in pain. He filled 2 teeth that he decided had to be the problem and neither were. My husband found the problem tooth with an iPhone flash light! The fillings the dentist did fix are so rugged that they have been cutting my tongue all weekend ( procedure was on a Friday)
I left the dentist office in tears because I knew the problem wasn’t taken care of and that I was still going to have a toothache. When I called Monday to express what happened all the lady could tell me was sorry. Today I’m going to my dentist to have everything documented! I wasted $650 dollars because they never fixed the problem. I am only writing this review to save someone else the pain and suffering! Someone with 20+ years of experience should know better!

My husband and I both love Jenny, our dental hygienist. She is kind and considerate and goes out of her way to make each visit as pleasant as possible. She remembers our preferences and takes care of our needs in a friendly, efficient manner. We always make sure she is available before scheduling an appointment for our dental cleanings.
