After drugging my grandson(4yo), the person to do procedure spent too much time laughing and partying in the room next door. So then came into my grandsons room and did NOTHING, because they were "too far behind". He was ready. THEY were irresponsible. I wouldn't trust anyone there with a tree stump, let alone a child. My grandson is going too Batson. This fiasco won't happen again.

My daughter hates the dentist, and i don’t know why. Everyone was nice, but the problem arose when my daughter wasn’t able to get way. I told her she couldn’t get a balloon because she didn’t let the lady clean her teeth. She continued to not mind while getting the estimate that i was having to get. I didn’t, however appreciate the judgmental look of one of the lady’s upfront because i wouldn’t let my child have a balloon and disciplined her. I also don’t need her constantly staring at my child because she was crying and not getting her way.

Happy smiles was a great experience for my son the dental assistants are very courteous and sweet but I didn't like how my child's doctor first impression turned out but I liked how much team work went into making sure he was comfortable.
