After drugging my grandson, the person to do procedure spent too much time laughing and partying in the room next door. So then came into my grandsons room and did NOTHING, because they were "too far behind". He was ready. THEY were irresponsible. I wouldn't trust anyone there with a tree stump, let alone a child.
