Very good experience at Dr. Lee’s clinic. I was very nervous and anxious about going to the dentist but I’m so glad I went. Paige, the dental hygienist, made me feel right at home from the very beginning. Dr Lee made me so comfortable and eased my nerves. We always have such a lovely visit every time we come! Their staff is so wonderful and kind! If you need to reschedule an appointment, they will help to be sure they get you worked into their schedule while be accommodating to your schedule. Their professionalism and office atmosphere is above all others. They are never rushed and take their time on each patient and the service they are providing. They are extra wonderful with children! I’ve only witnessed incredible customer service and am thankful to Lee Dentistry for taking care of my immediate family and extended family and friends. Not only was I hustled for more money than I was originally told upfront, I was overcharged more than 70 dollars from what I originally agreed to. Not only was Dr. Lee incredibly disrespectful he was not willing to give me the smile I wanted or work with me. He was rude and inappropriately rushed probably because I’m only 21 years old. He talked about whitening my teeth for 15 minutes when I had no desire Or intentions or interest in teeth whitening. It just sounded like he was trying to hustle me for more money. Their computer systems were down so they had to write down my credit card numbers before I left. Absolutely ridiculous! Is that even legal? waste of my time and money. One positive note my dental hygienist was very kind. Do not give this place your business. I’ve had consults at other orthodontists Who are more educated, Focused on the patients and not the money, and gave me a much better experience than Dr. Lee. He didn’t know what Acceldent was!!!

I have been going to Lee Family Dentistry for about one year and have had numerous positive experiences with Dr. Lee and his staff. They are always able to accommodate my schedule as a busy college student and schedule appointments very quickly. When I needed new retainers their prices were affordable and their turnaround time was fast. I would highly recommend him to Ole Miss students who are looking for a local Dentist!

The folks at Lee Dentistry were absolutely amazing when I had to go in for an emergency root canal and subsequent cleanings afterwards. Dr.Lee and his entire staff are very caring and created a welcoming environment at their practice that eased my fears of going to the dentist.The extra touch of them following up with me a few days after my procedure really eased my worries and assured to me they really care about their patients.

But everyone there was so kind and accommodating, I couldn’t believe how relaxed I felt. They really seemed to care about my comfort with and understanding of everything that happened. Now I understand why they have such a great reputation around Oxford, and I would recommend them to anyone!
