Being a first time patient with Advanced Dental & being new to the area I expected great service. They have a young Caucasian lady at the front desk that has a very bad attitude. She greets people differently. She doesn’t smile. After checking in, she continued her conversation speaking badly on another person while the lobby clearly had patients waiting. The dentist was very polite. He gave me a referral & requested the front clerk to call and set up an appointment.
She waited until he walked away and gave it back to me and said, you can call them yourself. I WILL NOT RETURN. I have found me another dentist to get my cleaning done. This is a fine example of why it’s very important to have a great staff. One person can ruin your business.

I was very very very thankful for them to see me same day I called about this terrible toothache, not many dentist offices do this. Even my personal dentist made an appointment but here they welcomed me first thing in the morning an right away took me an my toothache serious. I was a little disappointed that i couldn't have my tooth extraction bc of the infection an even with antibiotic an pain med im still hurting...an gonna try an wait til the appointment for the extraction 🙏. Yet, still thankful to them for seeing me an caring for me in every way since i walked in the dentist office. Kind very kind staff an I plan on sticking with them. Gracias Advanced dental clinic.
