We had been to this dental clinic three times prior to our last visit. It definitely will be our last. My husband had 5 teeth pulled. He has 3 on the bottom 2 on the top. When he left they prescribed him no pain meds. As long as he had been in pain prior to getting the teeth pulled had 1 abscess and 2 well on the way that was also causing pain before hand he couldn’t have pain medication. I don’t understand why this is allowed. If you are a dr you take an oath to help patients and when they come in and are in a great deal of pain and then have even more after leaving you should help them. I could understand had we called and asked for pain meds before or had ever called in and asked for more but that was not the case. It not only was hurtful because there is nothin. We could do but it’s also embarrassing in the sense of why. We have been very good patients, I to have gone there and had an extraction but we had good insurance. I just wanted to warn people before hand that if you get an extraction or are on the road to dentures you might want to consider a less painful alternative and dentist who tries to help his patients. Even after when we asked why he never stepped foot around to the front to speak with us.
