EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! definitely would not recommend at all. Had work done & assistant forgot to send my pain medication prescription in on 2 different occasions. Had to wait 2 months for an appointment for an extraction only to find out two months later that they canceled it without notifying me whatsoever! Over billed, do not go here

I was referred to this dentist and made appointments for both my daughters for Friday, December 17th at 11am. I arrived at 9am and didn’t realize that my daughter’s appointment were at 11am as I was rushing to get there with this being their first visit. When I arrived back at 10:45am there was a letter on the door stating that there was an emergency and the office would close the remainder of the week and all appointments would be rescheduled. I waited all day today, Monday December 20th to get a call and nothing. So finally I called at 3:45pm and spoke to Hannah who told me that they had reached out to everyone and left messages. I told her we never got a call nor message and I had taken off work and my kids did not go to school that day. She went on to say that they have already rescheduled a lot of appointments and that they were booked all the way up to February. I asked if she could squeeze them in because we didn’t get that and I wouldn’t have wasted my time and she said she was sorry and they got the notification at 1:30pm about the emergency and I replied that their appointment was at 11am and the office was already closed so if thats the way the office operates then I will just find them another dentist office. I find it strange that the notice was posted BEFORE there was an emergency

I rated this place a 3 because I had 2 crowns replaced when crowns came in both was no good. The first one went to lab twice and still not right. With Covid on the rise I decided not to return right away and I was not told after one year they could not fixed it I would have to pay. This crown is too small on the front row of my teeth. This was in 2020. I came back in 2021 got the second crown they had to send it back 3 or 4 times. If not for dentist skills they would have had to send it back again. She filed it down it was way too long. The cleanings I have done here are great!
