This practice is beyond overpriced. I brought my daughter in for consultation on her wisdom teeth being removed because they were the quickest to get her an appointment so she could get some relief. 5k to have her teeth removed. If my baby could hold out another month I would take her somewhere else. Other offices were charging 1000 total for her oral surgery 5 grand is ridiculous.

Nice, clean office. Only problem is that I was wondering why getting a tooth extracted & a cleaning cost almost $500 with insurance but I looked at the statement & I was charged $135 for a toothbrush that I already had at home. I just wish they would’ve gave me the option to purchase the toothbrush but instead they just gave me the toothbrush which I could’ve gotten cheaper elsewhere. Just with the would’ve been more transparent.

Don't make the same mistake as me! I went to the emergency room with a swollen tooth. After the consultation, I was given a payment plan for several services. I think they were taking advantage on my physical pain. I ended up paying $5000 for two porcelain crowns. In addition to that, the medication prescription was not sent to me in time and I stayed overnight with fever and pain. Next appointment I was offered an implant with a crown for the same large amount (5000). Never mind, I found it for half price also in Southaven.

It's nice to have a facility that offers care for people without insurance. What's not so nice is how indifferent the staff is.
Almost everywhere you go people are angry and have attitude and it's sad that Aspen Dental happens to be one of those places.

Love this dentist at this location but for the life of me, I cannot get them on the phone. I call and call and call and never get an answer. I also can't book online, the website says I HAVE to call but no-one will answer. One time they actually called back! and I missed it :( I tried to call back immediately and guess what? They didn't answer lol
I'm switching dental providers because I haven't been able to make an appointment. It's honestly kinda ridiculous.
Edit: I gave them one last call and they finally answered! Amended to 4 stars. I guess just keep calling.

My husband made an appt 2 months in advance for his semi annual cleaning. He waited 3 hours just for them to tell him the cleaning had to be done at another appointment. This place is a waste of time. Never been to a dentist office that does things this way ever and they have the same auto response for all the negative reviews they have which shows they could really care less.

The Commercials that you all do on TV is Awesome, but in no way do you all live up to it, you do not care about the customers at all, it is about the money, you do not care about the customers smiles or not. You immediately go for the money, therefore I cancelled my business with you all hopefully I will find a dentist that is actually concerned about my teeth.
