My family has been going to Dr Cox in Southaven MS for a few years now ! I get my cleanings as well as any needed fillings done there ! He has an awesome group of caring employees on his staff ! My most recent experience was yesterday as I had an old large filling that had cracked and needed replacing ! Dr Cox took care of it and it was a painless experience ! I truly recommend Dr Cox and his awesome dental hygienist for your family’s dental needs !

Awful experience therefore I can’t recommend. I received an anesthetic injection in my mouth then up to my cheek which caused numbness to my eyelid prior to a procedure. Then I became extremely ill after this (dizzy, blurred vision, short of breath) which really caused panic. They had to wait for the medicine to wear off a little before proceeding..I’ve never been numbed in this manner.. During my initial consult visit, they didn’t wear masks therefore I received an unwelcomed portion of saliva from the mouth of the dentist while speaking and working over my mouth. They did wear mask during the following visit. I was quoted a low price for a service then received a bill 3x the quoted amount. Couldn’t get anyone to address or return my calls on this. Even made a visit to the office. Was told they were working on it. Been a month. Someone recommended their clinic to me. The staff overall was “friendly” but I can’t personally recommend myself due to my poor experience plus I’m left with a huge bill. I’ll update my review if I hear otherwise.

I’ve been going to this dentist for over 20 years. I moved for a while and had to use someone else but this is the best dentist ever! I’m a real sissy when it comes to pain and Dr. Cox goes over and above to not hurt his patients. Love love love this practice!!!!!

Do NOT go to this dentist! The office is a disaster, the receptionist is very unprofessional and told us they were in network with our insurance. They never even checked and began extensive work without verifying insurance coverage and now we owe them 800.00 for our "free" cleanings! The receptionist TEXTED our daughter saying "our office is crazy right now, can you come in thirty minutes later?"
