Dr William was a absolute sweetheart. Yes he doesn't have a staff due to them retiring. He also is semi retired just keeps working to keep him busy. All you have to do is leave a voicemail tell him your situation and he will call you back and get you in quickly. He made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way and that I was comfortable the entire visit.
Great Dentist and doesn't charge a arm and leg. Trust me you want him verses any other Dentist here in Starkville.

Dr. Adkins is a life saver. I was in town for my grandmother's funeral and was experiencing immense pain in my tooth. This tooth needed to go. I called the office at 6:30am on a Saturday morning and by 9:45 am that morning Dr. Adkins was on the phone trying to squeeze me into his already busy schedule. He was quick and attentive. He was condsiderate to both my emotional and physical pain. If you live in Starville he needs to be your dentist. Thabks again Drm Adkins :)

Great work, less expensive than anyone else in town but doesn't have a receptionist so it's nearly impossible to get thru on the phone.... He never answers. Idk how anyone gets in to see him anymore. :(
