Don’t trust their insurance and payment specialist they have. Was told insurance would cover a cleaning and then they apologized after work was done. I called my insurance and they said I should not have had to pay. I called to talk to their insurance specialist and was told that she would call. Never received a call. I also received an estimate for future work that seems way off to what my insurance covers. Overall, I lost trust on my first visit. taking my kids and family somewhere else. I was also asked to talk about myself. Thought that was an odd question. There was also a mess up on my appointment. They could not find it when I called to follow up on location. Update: It seems that I am not the only one with same issues. Just saw a bunch of post with the same issues. Staff is friendly. But when it comes to $$$ don’t trust.

Very good find and a breath of fresh air compared to previous other experiences when it comes to dentist. Thankful I found them.

I struggle with dentist visits because of my bad gag reflex. After a bad experience at another dentist, I decided to try Premier Dental and I’m so glad I did! Kelcie was my hygienist and she was patient, understanding, and kind. I barely gagged the whole visit which for me is phenomenal! I would highly recommend Premier Dental! The entire staff was awesome!

Absolutely amazing! Staff was friendly, appointment was prompt and efficient and they really care about their patients. I have been searching for a dentist since moving to Ms in 2020 and I have finally found them!!! You won't be disappointed with Premier!

I felt as I had visited there for many years it was only my second visit. Every one was very nice the dentist is awesome my wisdom tooth was out in less than 5 minutes. I was given soup pack, crackers and a drink to take with me this will be my dentist going forward.

Everyone at Premier Dental is so professional yet not stuffy and they make you feel like family. Kelsie is absolutely wonderful and does a fantastic job. Dr. Wilson and all the office staff are very good and truly have the best interest of their patients at heart. I can’t imagine going any place else. We have been going there a long time and I have to say it has become even better over the last couple of years.
