I can not stress how great my experience was at Stone Dental Clinic! I have not been to the dentist office since 2008! As you can expect, I was extremely nervous about going to get my teeth cleaned and examined! DeAnna ensured that I was going to be just fine and calmed my nerves. She turned me over to Shelby who actually did my cleaning! She was super nice and talked to me throughout the entire process let me know what she was doing and going to do. She was very gentle and made sure that I wasn’t uncomfortable! Then Dr. Cooley came in and did his inspection and let me know that I actually had a good set of teeth with no cavities! I was very thankful for everyone there and their attention to detail and I am actually looking forward to going back to the dentist office!!! How many people say that?

This place is great! I called for an appointment for my 9yr old son and was seen the same day. He had an molar extraction performed by Dr. Courtney, who was very professional,informative, down to earth, and kind. His nurse was great,very kind, and informative as well.Our experience at Stone Dental Clinic was beyond compare to our past dental experiences. I give this office and its staff an 11 out of 10!

Whoever is in charge of billing was completely rude and not knowledgeable of billing processes with insurance companies and interrupted me over and over and over again when I was trying to ask questions about my bill. The dentist dr. Courtney had no idea what was going on with my gums. I had a giant bubble on my gums and she had no idea what it was and I was there for getting crowns after root canals. my root canal specialist told me I needed to have crowns done on those teeth but she said that I did not, so clearly she doesn't know what she's talking about. Do not go to this Clinic you will wait an hour in the lobby before you ever get seen

Ok, so I am one of those folks that do not like going to the dentist. I hate the noise of the instruments and the smells and all that. But I have finally found the perfect dentist for me, and I have to say Mrs. Rebecca and her crew are Awesome!!! They are friendly, they make you feel comfortable, and most of all they are very educated. When you have someone working in your mouth and they love thier job and not there just for a paycheck, it makes you less nervous and more relaxed. I definitely will be passing the word along to any and everybody I know about my experience with stone dental.
