Five Star Dentures & Dentistry

Have always been good to me. The new dentist that's there (jason Sanchez) so rude!!!!!! Very hurtful and rough. Treats you like the patient is suppose to be a dentist and know certain things. My mouth hurts so bad!!!!! I will never in my life go back to see him. Ladies in the office are amazing. But their new Dentist couldn't be more rude, hateful, and does not care about the patient AT ALL!!!!! Been going there for 3 years

I was extremely pleased with the care I received here. I was a little nervous about my new dentures but the ladies put me right at ease. I call two of the techs twins, although they are not. Each lady brings their own personal touch to the process. Even Donna and Michelle do an excellent job scheduling and giving advice. Thanks everyone. I'll be back again. Very professional, affordable with a genuine touch of care.

I went to 5 star dentist and dentistry because I had 2 fillings that had come out from years ago. I didn't have to wait 5 minutes before they put me in a chair. Dr. Sanchez was so kind and gentle. I was finished getting 2 teeth fixed within an hour, with no pain at all!!!!. Everyone was so nice and polite.! I will not go anywhere else. I just want to say Thank you to everyone at 5 Star Dentistry. You truly are 5 STAR!!!

I needed a tooth pulled and wanted to find out my options on a partial or an Implant. The dentist was very gentle and informative. His bedside manner was great! In less than an hour, he was able to deaden the tooth, pull it, start a bone graft and educate me on my options. I had NO problems after the extraction. I went back for my 2 week checkup. The 3rd week, I went in and started the process of getting a partial. In 1 week I was able to get my partial and it isn't painful at all! Now when the bone graft takes, I am ready for an implant. I couldn't have been happier with this process. I would HIGHLY recommend using Five Star!

This will be my second review. My husband went to 5star a few months ago for his dentures and they were great! So when I broke my tooth and needed it pulled I called them first. They got me in the next day and Dr Sanchez did an amazing job. I felt nothing. This was the easiest, quickest, and by far the most pain free trip to the dentist I have ever had. 5star will definately by my go to if I need a dentist again.

I went to see this Dentist for the 1st time today due to a toothache. I was scared to death. The office staff was super friendly and made me feel a lot better. Dr Sanchez had to give me a shot to perform the procedure and I DIDN’T FEEL IT!! This office has changed my opinion of going to the dentist and I will be recommending them to everyone. GREAT DOCTOR & STAFF. Also loved their prices.

I went for a consultation. I explained to the heartless dentist that i was afraid. I also told him I need a dentist with compassion. I also explained that the last dentist did not have good bed side manners
He assured me everything would be fine. Well he was like a mad man and then caughtt a temper tantrum because I wasn't ready to put the dentures in after having 7 teeth pulled. I would recommend this supposedly dentist to a dead person let alone someone that his alive. The dental assistant and receptionist was great! Then after I got hi one and looked at my dentures one side is longer and wider than the other!

I was very scared going in. The staff is so personal. The dentist made me feel at ease, he let me know what he was doing and what to expect every step of the way. My #1 place to go. I give 5 stars all the way. Thank you so much 5 star Dentures and dentistry!!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Front office staff was pleasant enough, but the dentist Dr Sanchez was a complete insensitive and MEAN jackass, and on more than one occasion..I only continued to go back because I have no dental ins and their extractions are the cheapest around ( I guess u get what ya pay for) the first bad experience I left in tears because he was so mean. I had an abscessed tooth and when he went to numb me for extraction I yelled out in pain..he stopped abruptly told me to be quiet, that it didn't hurt that much and I would scare off his patients in the waiting room and if I wasn't quiet he would not pull my tooth and have me leave right now..I was mortified and had no choice but to stay there, (i had an abscessed tooth and needed it out ASAP) tears streaming down my face he continued to tell me it couldn't possibly be THAT bad. I had wanted so bad to tell him what an unprofessional, mean and unpleasant jackass he was...but still needed his services and figured..maybe today was just an isolated incident..it wasn't!..I had another abscessed tooth, a molar...and he had trouble extracting it..he finally got it pulled. I asked for an antibiotic he said it wasn't necessary, the infection would drain...it got worse. And I called asking for an antibiotic that the infection had worsened and and had a swollen lymph node just below that tooth...he said if I and a swollen lymph node to go see my family doctor...that wasn't his responsibility. I also had about 4 bone shards that were trying to work their way out from the nightmare extraction. When I saw my family doctor and explained what happened..he said he had never heard such nonsense..He said "Who is this dentist? " "He sounds like a quack to me." I only have a few teeth left to pull and now he refuses to continue my care..I use the term "care" VERY LOOSELY as related to this dentist. But they would be happy to make my denture when I was ready. HA! My money is goin someplace else. I should have never gone back after he was so cruel, abusive, and mean..telling me to be quiet or he would throw me out!
So BEWARE!! Yeah, they are cheap, but ya get what ya pay for. And the name FIVE STAR..Is a joke..I wouldn't give this place a single star or send my worst enemy there.
Dr. Sanchez is a diabolical quack!

This is the third filling I’ve gotten at Five Star Dentistry, and each appointment has been smooth and pain free. The doctor really takes his time and makes sure I do not feel any pressure. I highly recommend them 😁
