After a year if going through this process with Aspen Dental, its been frustrating. Understand with CoVid has slowed everything down but was overcharged and if they give a quote you should get it in writing or pay immediately at time of quote. We were overcharged by about 400-500 dollars. Then as of today the work still isn't right and they are out of things needed to complete sets and liners and wanted to send home incomplete and not fitting. Still have another visit to go and its been a year and 2 months since we began. Would not recommend

My husband had some teeth replaced in his dentures. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. The weather got bad before we could pick up the repaired set. The lady from the office came to our car through a snowbank well above her knees to bring the teeth to us in order to keep my husband from walking through it. That is going above and beyond! The teeth look exceptional. Thank you so much!!

The Staff was awesome, very courteous and efficient. The office and patient rooms were neat and clean. The Doctor was very proficient and also very kind and patient. I was a new patient. I had an abscess toothed that direly needed to be pulled out. Aspen Dental got me in right away. Took x rays and had the toothed pulled out within an hour. Great staff, Dr was awesome. Highly recommended! I will be going back for routine maintenance.

This place needs to communicate better with there customers. I walked in at 10:20 for a 10:30 appointment and nobody said anything till I asked then you tell me you wont get me in till 12 you need to communicate that. Not just let your customer sit there and not know whats going on.
