First of all, when i called to make my appointment, the lady told me that my insurance was accepted there.. upon arriving the lady at the front desk told me that my insurance was NOT accepted there..
The lady that took my xrays was AMAZING!!! But then nobody else was.
It was my first visit. I was there for over 2 hours. It was HORRIBLE, and all i wanted was a cleaning. They didnt even clean my teeth. They told me i needed a root canal and told me i needed to pay $80 to get checked for gum cancer.

The Cape Girardeau office has always gone above and beyond to work me in and help me when needed. I can not thank Dr. Torres and his amazing staff enough for all they have done and continue to do. very professional and kind staff. i called the same day as my appt needing in asap as i had a severe tooth ache! they where able to get me in with ease. i waited less then 5 mins in the waiting room. great service. looking forward to using them for my whole family.

I would highly recommend Aspen Dental. From the first appointment until I got my dentures, the staff was AWESOME. I am not a big fan of dentists, but Dr. Rangitsch was the best.

Everyone that works at the Cape Gir., Mo office was exceptional!!!! So nice, accomodating and very understanding of my fear lol. I do feel sorry for the poor girl who held my hand while getting my teeth extracted! I probably broke it but she was so kind and never said a word if it hurt! Also, the dentist was very professional and explained every part of the procedure. Extremely clean office, I have not 1 complaint. My teeth look amazing! Thank you so very much!!
