The women up front are so friendly and lovely to walk in to see smiling! Quick & helpful too! The dentist and everyone in the back were exceptional as well!! Honest, to the point, and very understanding & friendly! Great place & i highly recommend!!

Aspen Dental in Cape Girardeau Missouri has the worst costumer service. I went to my first “free” appointment and the receptionist was very rude. She scheduled me to come in the very next day for a molding and when I called to reschedule at 9:04am I was hung up on. I then called back at 10:30am to reschedule and she was still rude. That’s why I won’t be returning. If I do it will be to only get my X-rays so I can go get my dental work done at a place that will treat me with respect. I was excited to get my dental work but not after dealing with the receptionist and her poor customer service. I’m not sure what her name is because I couldn’t hear her but she has freckles all over her face and she snickered when I told her I couldn’t hear because I’m hearing impaired. I might be hard of hearing but I’m not stupid. I will be spending my 6 grand elsewhere!

I was very pleased with the treatment i got. I had a tooth pulled and it didnt take long at all. Wasnt in much pain. The dr was very gentle. I would most diffanly tell people to come here and i my self will go back. The only complaint i had was the wait time i was there at 10.46 appointment was at 11 and didnt get out till 1pm but they was busy and the wait was so worth it. I can finnaly drink water and not be in pain. Thanks so much
