Deja took good care of me. I am on zoloft and had some anxiety during the cleaning. Hygienist was okay, but seemed a little bothered by the fact I had to stop her occasionally.

I really enjoyed how they handled my concerns and the staff was amazing. Quick and easy for getting dental work done.

Lexi or Alexis (sorry I’m terrible with names) was amazing when I was last there. I have always been scared of goin to the dentist but the people here make being there a lot more calming for me

I cannot say enough good things about Cherry Hill Dental, both the Columbia and Jefferson City locations! I recently had a terrible tooth ache caused by a decaying tooth. I have extreme dental anxiety and have a difficult time convincing myself to get it taken care of. I called and spoke with Jessica, who got me in for an appointment the following day! The entire staff made sure to make me feel comfortable by providing a blanket, sunglasses, even music. Dr. Tony was so quick and professional during the extraction and both dental assistants made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I’ve never experienced dental care like that of Cherry Hill and I will never go anywhere else! I even received a handwritten card in the mail from Jessica, which was a wonderful touch. Thank you, thank you, thank you Cherry Hill!! ❤️

I have Invisalign and normally go to the Jefferson City branch office, but this time I got an earlier appointment in Columbia. I had never been to that location, so I called their office to get more information. The receptionist kindly gave me clear directions ahead of time and answered all of my questions.
When I arrived for my appointment, I met a different receptionist who was very professional, but also friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with him while I waited.
When I got called back, the Invisalign tech made me feel right at home and told me what would happen during my visit and what to the followup procedure would be. She answered all of my questions and was very kind.
I will probably continue to go to my local branch office, which always gives exceptional service as well, but I enjoyed visiting the main office today. I think I will stay with this provider for a long time.

The staff is Awesome, Courteous and very Professional. They take time to make sure that you are in a relaxed environment and they make sure that you are completely happy with the service they provide. I drove from the Kansas City area and I recommend their services to one and all. Thank you Cherry Hill Dental for being a BLESSING to us all.

I initially went to Cherry Hill for a chipped tooth, which required a $100 deposit to schedule the appointment to check the tooth. Then I made an appointment to get it fixed as well as have a routine cleaning, which required a $50 deposit to schedule. During the cleaning, it was established I needed to get my wisdom teeth out, which required another $100 deposit to schedule. I was assured Cherry Hill would keep track of all of my deposits and refund whatever excess amount there was once billing was final. It should have been a simple math equation, however, there were a few hiccups along the way that made for additional appointments that made Cherry Hill continually say they were waiting for final total amounts, rather than do it on an appointment by appointment basis. Those "hiccups" included an infection three days after my cleaning, which Cherry Hill said was coincidental and not actually caused by my cleaning. When I called to ask about the pain in my mouth, they prescribed pain killers over the phone and after a day, I asked to be seen instead. When I got to their office, the dentist saw how bad things were and prescribed me antibiotics right away, offered to call Dr. Tony back into the office to get my wisdom teeth out on the spot. We decided to wait a few more days, but moved my wisdom tooth extraction up significantly. They told me my tooth extraction would be simple judging by my X-rays (and due to the fact all four of my teeth were fully erupted) and said an associate could to the top and Dr. Tony could run in to do the bottom. Unfortunately, my roots were larger and more curved than they expected, and Dr. Tony ended up breaking off a piece of root in my mouth that took 20 minutes to dig out. Still, it was all over. I received my explanation of benefits for every single appointment I had with Cherry Hill and compared how much I paid versus how much my insurance said i was responsible for and Cherry Hill had overcharged me. When I brought this up to their office in January, I was told there were certain exams not covered, then I was told they were covered, then I was told they were waiting on other claims to come through, then I was told they had to resubmit (which I found out they resubmitted saying my teeth were impacted — they weren't and insurance downgraded it), etc., etc. etc. Every time I called, the story changed. The office manager Anna was extremely rude and defensive, so I ended up talking straight to the financial person Debbie, who was much more kind, but could not keep her numbers straight. She made multiple mistakes saying they owed me $300, then I owed them $300 and eventually came to the correct number (after multiple phone calls and me walking through every EOB with her) and got me a refund. It was a 5 month nightmare and I am so, so glad to have it be over with. Would not recommend this place. As soon as you have an issue, they turn defensive and mean. Debbie was the only person I spoke to who ever apologized for the inconvenience and actually tried to figure it out, despite her mistakes. I appreciated that, but will never return to this office again.

I am a student here in Columbia and chipped a front tooth. I was nervous to find a new dentist because I have had some… odd experiences. The Drs were able to see me immediately and had me in temporary teeth until they can fit me in for another visit! Great service and very friendly staff.
