They were very great with my dad!!! My dad does not speak very good English and they were very patient with me translating everything to my dad. I love that they made sure my dad was okay and everything was perfect for him!

This is a wonderful dentist office which reflects professionalism and warmth. From the office staff to our hygienist, Jennifer, your needs are addressed. Dr. Shouman is very knowledgeable using all of the latest techniques and information. My husband and I have been so impressed since the beginning that we have remained with his practice even though our children have long since grown up and we have gotten older. Everyone in this office truly cares about the patients as if they were a part of the family. Thank you for being our dentist.

I'm not sure what to say other they are just fantastic. The dentistry office is the most clean and beautfiuly calm area I could have imagined. The staff went above and beyond ANYTHING I could have possibly imagined during my stay and they did all they could to make sure it was as painless and quick as possible all things considered. I actually look forward to going to see the dentist if it's Ramsey Shouman Family Dentistry! Truly are a 10/10 service and people.

I have been going to Dr. Shouman’s practice for years and have never been other than very happy with my experience there. Anything I’ve had done had been excellent. Now, I’m also happy with Dr. Tegerdine. The staff has always been great, too. They are all kind, very skilled, and professional. Now, they are also very serious about keeping staff and patients safe. I’m so glad I can get dental care there.

The dentist and assistants were great. My daughter felt comfortable and at ease. They communicated well with me regarding what needed to happen. On the other hand the front office staff was rude and not helpful. When I scheduled the appointment they did not verify my insurance and fault of my own I did not remember changing insurance since the last appointment. When I came in they asked for her name only and said ok she is all checked in. After her visit and extractions they said I owed $240. I was not prepared and had no warning. I said no problem but I would not be able to pay it for two weeks since it was unexpected. She rolled her eyes and said I guess. I asked if she took my current insurance and she said I don't know it depends on what plan you picked. I was frustrated at that point but I asked if I could schedule her cleaning. She rudely said ya but you have to pay before she can be seen again. They are booked out until September which is long beyond the 2 week time frame I said I could pay the amount due. I have never been to an office where they don't verify anything especially since my daughter had not been there in 2 years. I am very disappointed in the customer service up front. I would not allow someone to represented my business like that work for me. If it weren't for the great dental staff I would have given 1 star. I am debating on if it is even worth taking my family back to their office.

Dr. Shouman and Dr. Tegerdine are the best!! I have been going there for over 20 years! They are caring and compassionate and do good dental work! The hygienist, techs and office staff are all amazing! They are professional and know what they’re doing in each position. They are also helpful and each makes you feel like you’re the only client. My children all “grew up” in this office and now my granddaughter! They are truly a family dentistry office!

I went to Dr Shouman for a second opinion because of continuing problems I was having with a root canal and crown Recently done by another dentist. I immediately felt I was in good hands and he confirmed everything I sensed were the problems. He took all new X-rays at no charge and his explanation of the problem was very clear. I’ve decided to continue going to him

I love Dr. Shouman and the crew! I have been a patient for many years and I have always been treated with kindness and professionalism! I have had procedures from regular cleanings to crowns to root canals and have had a great experience every time!

They are always professional, on time, and always very kind and friendly.

Dr. Shouman and his dentist hygienists have always been so kind and understand when the common anxiety at the dentist comes up. They always ask about my family and seem to genuinely care about the well being of their patients. My whole family goes there and we have never had any issues or problems in past over a decade of seeing him.
