He is, hands down, absolutely the best dentist I have ever had. I moved rather far away recently, and I will still take the thirty to forty-five minute drive out just to see him regardless. There is no dentist more kind-natured, reputable, and experienced than Dr. O'Connell. Rest assured, you are in good hands with this dentist. He genuinely cares for his patients. He also will thoroughly explain anything he does and will answer any questions you have with considerate thought. He can be a busy guy I'm sure as it's a small, family practice, but he's the greatest. If he's available and accepting patients, he comes highly recommended from me.

We were referred by our orthodontist and I called to set up a new patient appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and said they were not accepting new patients in a nasty tone. I explained that we were referred and was hoping at some point they would maybe be able to accommodate us but she answered even more rudely that they don't accept new patients period. Communication is key and it's they tone that is used. If you had simply said it in a nice manner and explained why, I could understand but being rude is never acceptable.

In 40 years of going to the dentist, Stephanie is the best hygienist ever. We call her "Velvet Hands." if you don't like pain, and I really don't care for it, this is the place for you.

I've been going here since I was a kid. Love it here. They care about your teeth and life. I'm not sure why another person would rate this space a one star for not being able to accept new patients. That's really unfair.
