Dr. Anne M. Steward, DDM

I absolutely love Dr. Steward and her staff!! I’ve never been a fan of the dentist ... until I came to their office!! Outstanding care, service and never ending smiles!! Thank you Dr. Steward, Towana, Kim, Tandra and the entire staff for taking such great care of me and my family!! 😊🙋🏻

9/8/16 UPDATE: I spoke with Dr. Steward today at length about my frustrations. It was a good conversation; I feel like my concerns were addressed and going forward we have a plan in place to make sure that I have a clear understanding of all charges up front. I have decided to stay with the office. This has been our family dentist for years. After our talk I am confident things will be okay.

I went to this dentist because she was close to my home. Horrible place, the front desk ladies are liars. My daughter needed a root canal and the office told me they accept my insurance and the service will include the crown. After they began the procedure the office now tells me they did not accept my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket! To make things worse they suggested that I call my insurance carrier and complain to them?? Anne's office was the one to lie and tell me they took my insurance! Because they had already started the root canal, I had to pay for it and to no surprise the y did not include the crown after the root canal. This is a terrible way of doing business, and the office and Dr.should be fined and closed for robbing patients. This is an African American doctor robbing African American patients., I was very disappointed and will never return there.

I am a teenager and my mom is the best dentist. She takes care of my teeth and I will never let anyone else take care of my teeth. She has the best staff in town. I know I am biased because its my mom but she has so much patience with her patients more than she has with us sometimes. She even makes me want to be a dentist.

Wonderful customer service and nice decor in family friendly lobby. Payment plans available. Great dental products and refreshments as you check out! Providing care that is exactly needed doesn’t try to exaggerate to upcharge. Clean!

I had a broken crown and was very happy that Dr. Stewards staff was able to get me a same day appointment. Upon my arrival the staff at her office are very friendly and accommodating....however, Dr. Anne Steward has very poor chair side manners as the dentist. she became clearly angered when I questioned her treatment plan recommendation; she suggested that I get a bridge and my primary dentist had told me if the problem occurred again I would need a root canal... I believe as a patient I have a right to understand the differences in recommendations, especially when what she was recommending would cost me more money, which I will admit when I saw the out of pocket cost I wasn't happy or prepared to pay out of pocket. After speaking with her assistant about my payment options, I decided I needed to think about it and perhaps explore other options but before I made a final decision I wanted to ask the Dr. a question and when I attempted to ask the question she looked at me and shook her head and waived to her assistant gesturing that she couldn't (wouldn't) help me.
The worst part is I was warned about her...however, as a professional AA woman I wanted to support another which turned out to be a huge mistake on my part. However, I will offer her a piece of advice "You need to check your attitude sister!"

I was extremely impressed with the service, professionalism and the results. I sent my wife and daughter to Dr Steward and they shared the same sentiments. My dentist for ever. LOVE YOU, Dr Anne Steward!

From the time I called to schedule my appointment to my actual visit, everything was WONDERFUL! Friendly, professional staff, the office is clean, Dr. Steward makes you feel comfortable and excited about the health of you and your families oral health!! I’m referring everyone!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Dr Stewart is awful. She will pass on sanitizing crowns and instruments to save money. She will also suggest unnecessary procedures to make more money. She told me I had an abscess tooth , I verified with 2 other dentists No Abscess was found. Her customer service is not good and very rough if you need a procedure. DON'T Visit this dentist you will be sorry.

The best dentist I ever had!!!! I went in to get my fillings redone and Dr.Steward along with a technician where very professional and caring.I would recommend her to everyone I know! She’s amazing at what she does!!
