I needed an emergency appointment and not only were they able to offer me a same day appointment, but they were prompt, friendly and professional. I was in a lot of pain and the front office ladies came and held my hand and checked on me periodically. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I have found my new dentist!

Dr. Steward is always prompt. Her staff us knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. Dr. Steward is always so kind and explains everything extremely well. She is up on the latest technology and wants the best for her patients.

A waste of time and a disrespectful staff. Please verify what they can and can’t charge you. Because if you do, and challenge it. They will not give you service. The whole “we are charging you $15 due to COVID-19” situation. If they are in your network. You do not pay out of pocket. They care about your money and not the treatment of their patients. Just pay attention to their actions.

She wouldn’t fill my teeth which then I ended up having to get a whole new tooth and other work done outside of her. I’m glad I didn’t let her do anything because honestly she wasn’t willing. I don’t have faith in her, her work, or her experience. I hope she does better treatment for others but I had a very bad experience simply because of her lack of fulfilling her job.

If I could give her a zero I would. Unprofessional and Africans always discriminate against black Americans. I took my 15yr old son to the dentist a year ago. He had an abscess tooth. His jaw had swellled up because of it. Dr. Steward threatened me and told me to take him to the Emergency room. And she was going to check and if I didn’t take him immediately that she would call children family service. I took him and the Doctor on duty said “ why did you bring him here? He need to see a dentist “. I told him about Dr. Steward and he said give him pain medicine and take him to the dentist. I went back to Dr. Steward. “Only because I didn’t want her calling DCFS.” And she claim she had to take every precaution, so she pulled his tooth. But if she would have just looked at his tooth from the beginning and talk to him, she would have known it was true. She cost me extra time and money for jumping to unnecessary conclusions!!!
