I'm sure all of us dread any day we have to make an appointment at a Dentist. But at Comfort Dental they were top notched at their professionalism. Very curtious with their phone mannerism and their focus at making me feel at ease with my necessity of a tooth extraction. They scheduled me an immediate appointment. Looking for a dentist? I got 2 fillings and a deep cleaning done. I thought the visit would take 3 hours, but they got me in there fast and I was on my way within 1 hour. They did a really nice job of making everything look nice and polished.

I never actually made it in the door.... I had an appt today, but due to unforeseen circumstances had to call to cancel/reschedule. The second the woman on the phone heard those words, she cut me off, talked over me, and said, "call us when you want to reschedule." Extremely rude... I WILL NOT be calling them when I'm able to reschedule. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they were able to get me in quicker than most, but I'll still be going elsewhere for my dental needs. I'm sick of "Customer Service" being an oxymoron.

Comfort Dental went above and beyond. My daughter was seen by another dentist who left her with a cleaned out cavity and hole in her tooth. Comfort dental took a look (X-rays)- cleaned everything again and filled her tooth. We are beyond grateful! Thank you!

I'm posting this on behalf on my sister who goes here for braces. First of all, let me say that we are not the type of people to leave bad reviews, but we have honestly been fed up for quick some time. Before anything, the orthodontist and majority of the staff are AMAZING!! However, there is one assistant there who always has an attitude with patients. I think her name is Lucie??? I'm not 100% sure but she is the really short hispanic assistant, she was wearing a Lakers hoodie today, which is SO unprofessional to wear but that's not even what we're concerned about. Every time we come in she always has an attitude whether it's with my sister or another patient. We've literally heard her talk badly about patients IN FRONT OF THEM, including us, and because she does it in Spanish she thinks people won't understand, well guess what???? WE DO. Today when we went in she was on her phone, almost the whole time, while working on my sister and would go and grab things without cleaning her hands, literally so DISGUSTING and RUDE!!!!! On top of that she had long acrylic nails on and literally hurt my sister while working on her!! HOW IS THAT EVEN ALLOWED?????? This and previous experiences have made us not want to come back ever again, which is such a shame because the orthodontist and literally everyone else that works on the braces side are super nice and do amazing work, but unfortunately that assistant has ruined it for us.

Thankyou Comfort Dental!!! I have been in soooo much pain from a toothache (wisdom tooth)… I put it off, and put it off again, until I couldn’t. I called Comfort Dental, and they saw me the next morning! Extremely helpful and the staff (Grandview) was great! No complaints!! Finally I have relief! Thankyou Comfort Dental, I have finally found my Dentist.!

Showed up for my appt which I had an email confirmation of but they didn’t so I waited a while.
The lady in orange everything that took my X-rays was impatient, rude, and unprofessional. She yanked that awkward X-ray thing around in my mouth several times making my mouth and lip bleed.
Then the dentist came in and spent zero time explaining anything to me. Then they left with no explanation….. no cleaning….. it was the weirdest, most pointless appointment. I left having no idea about anything.

If you are planning to go here for braces or dental don’t. They are not conscious of other peoples time. I got here for a dental cleaning at 1pm and was not seen until 35 minutes after because they said the braces people were on lunch. When it came to being seen for my braces appointment at 2pm they had me wait in a chair for 25 minutes only for someone never to come. I was sent back to wait in the lobby because they were not ready until 2:40 even thought my appointment was at 2pm. I was given a “sorry” as if that would give me back my wasted time.
