Great experience at this office. Very friendly staff. Gretchen (dental hygienist) was the most knowledgeable and thorough hygienist I have ever had. The dentist was great at providing options on treatments. I highly recommend this office.

Worst dental experience ever! From the moment I walked in the door I knew it wouldnt be a pleasant experience. The receptionist was rude and attempted to charge me $50 for "fluoride" even tho my dental plan covers exam, cleaning & fluoride 100%. I've had good good oral hygiene my entire life and have not had any problems "until today". These people are out trying to get extra money from people and refuse to do what people actually came for because those services are usually covered by most insurance plans and they don't make any money outside of insurance. I ended up with $500 in fees BEFORE they would do anything I was asked to pay 1/4 of the fee TODAY. At the end of the day I left with a sore mouth from being poked with instruments.
They make up the worst diagnosis to get the most out of pocket at the time of appointment. This is a money grab I'd rather go to the UMKC School of Dentistry.

Kudos for getting me in at the last minute when I needed some emergency work done. However, I was rushed through and nothing was explained to me. Then the agreement I signed for my procedure was about $200 less than what I ended up having to pay.

Work was fine, payed the bill before leaving, now I'm getting a bill in the mail. Very sus.
On top of that the cackling ladies at the desk are very annoying and unprofessional in what they choose to gossip about. I'll never go back.

I highly recommend this dentist office. I came in for a consult and they were able to do the job the same day which was really nice. The staff was attentive, professional, and friendly. The office was spacious and clean. Dr. Perkins was phenomenal. He removed two of my wisdom teeth and a root extract. This was my first time visiting this office and I'm so glad I did. I was originally a bit nervous but they were able to put me at ease. Highly recommended... thanks for taking care of my dental needs.
