They run a well oiled machine, which I appreciate. They are very professional yet personal. My husband had a conflict with his appointment time and I asked Kathy if they had any other options. At that time they did not but she would call if something came available. The next day she called me with another appointment time which worked perfectly with my husbands schedule. This is a great dental office! The very first time I went there, I had some work done other than a normal check up. Dr. Suchman called me personally to check and see how I was doing and if all was well. No other place I've been has ever done that! I was hooked. The office staff is friendly and inviting. One of the Best Dental Offices I've ever been to. ALL the Staff is Terrific & so Kind! They do Everything they can to make sure you feel comfortable. They consult with you first to meet you, talk to you, get to know a bit about you and to go over what your needs, wants and/or issues are. I would have to say they go above and beyond to take care of you and make you laugh, while keeping a clean & professional atmosphere. I had a concern with a gum situation and they got me in within 24 hours and was able to handle everything very quickly and efficiently. Dr. Suchman is very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and caring. I won't go anywhere else, I drive 3.5 hours from the lake area. He also calls to check in with me after a procedure to see if I need anything. Outstanding staff too.

Everybody here is so wonderful, friendly and thoughtful!! And they do EXCELLENT WORK! I recommended it my wife my sister-in-law and several others because they are tops! Doctor Darnell once reviewed some work that had been done on my wife's mouth, he stopped crossed his arms and then said hmmm, it's good but not perfect we're gonna redo that!! Because we like perfect here!

I entered into Dr Suchman and Darnall Family Dentistry practic for thr first time and was greeted with everyones smiles and a welcoming introduction. I didn't have a care plan for my dental needs and wasn't sure what the outcome would be. I changed dentists because the last one had no integrity at all and I was not comfortable with him and don't
like going to see a dentist. I've had bad luck with dentists in the first place. At Suchman and Darnell Family Dentistry they are Kind and Considerate, putting your entire dental needs to your best interest and not theirs. This Dentist office is Well-Worth checking them out. Amber has to be among the best hygienists on the planet.
However, as a client who goes back to the Faulwell days, I'm disappointed at the price hikes in recent years. For an octogenarian family on a fixed income and limited dental insurance, it's discouraging to see charges now for fluoride treatments -- and the loss of complimentary take-home bags of tooth-care products.
