Hands down the friendliest customer service at a dentist or doctor's office I've ever had. I always feel welcome and put at ease. The building is clean and spacious in case tight hallways or spaces make you anxious. The hygienists are very friendly and attentive while they work as well. Thank you so much!

Pleasant, Professional, Beautiful - That's why I come back. Who else has an office like this? None I've ever seen. I love using REAL towels to dry my hands! This place is run by pros who understand making every experience the best possible. I'm a fan.

This is the most beautiful, organized, and modern dental office I've ever seen. Not only is the office beautiful but the treatment from the staff is too. I came in with anxiety and left extremely calm and confident. The kind embrace, wisdom, and empathy from the staff is what helped me to relax. They also are extremely kid friendly.

I could not go to my appointment during covid. Or many others at that point because many places weren’t even taking on patients…
It was explained to me that because I missed my follow ups that I had been dropped as a patient.
I wanted to use this platform to say that I was disappointed and ultimately found a place in Tulsa that accepted my 50k for replacements. (Final stage October 3)
I thought that my experience and plan up until this point were solid and that while I understand the policy I think sometimes “understanding before judgement” should apply.

Mrs. Karen Lais is the best! She is a must see for any of your dental needs! The entire staff is amazing and knows how to take care of their people. Associates of Dental Arts is truly the place to go!

I had the misfortune of having been treated by Dr. Sonal Kapoor in 2016, back when she was with Smile Bright Dental on Amberly Drive in Tampa, FL - All I needed was a partial denture for 2 teeth.
She wound up extracting 2 more teeth, put me through a painful "threading" procedure all the while promising me a beautiful smile.
It took this woman at least 4 (four) impressions and try ins and she still never got the partial denture fit right. Each was lopsided. Then she tried blaming me for not biting down correctly during the impressions. mind you, not only was I well versed in having impressions done (I had braces as a child and also, my mother worked as a dental assistant for 20 years and I was a patient. Not once did any dentist say that I didn't know how to bite down when impressions or x-rays were being taken.
Meanwhile, I have been left with a smile I am ashamed of. I haven't been able to get it fixed due to my husband's bout with cancer and Dr. Kapoor having left me with a distrust of dentists and trauma.
I only hope that she has improved - If not, BEWARE

Absolutely wonderful service. Everyone was extremely kind, compassionate, helpful. I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time but there was no shame, no pressure, no negativity from these wonderful people.

Dr. Kivit and staff are great! Very sweet demeanor. Excellent skill! Empathic and extremely careful to not cause pain regardless of the procedure. I'm very thankful to have Associates of Dental Arts as my dental health providers.

If you have any fear or anxiety about going to the dentist, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! The entire staff is patient and genuinely kind, you aren't a number to be pushed around or rushed, they care about you the individual. Dr. B and his amazing assistant Sara took great care of me, taking the time to be sure I was at ease, talking through both my anxieties and treatment options...with no judgement or impatience. I had an amazing experience from my first call into their office through my follow up, kindness abounds here. Professional, skilled, competent and kind...caring for the person and their oral health.♡
